When the Wicked Sister chef’s and home economists sat down in 2009 they had a strong brief from company founder, Paul Polly: to recreate the wonderful taste memory of his childhood when his grandmother and mother made delicious rice puddings.
It is amazing how the right combination of rice, water, sugar and milk could create something so memorable and delicious.
How then could that taste be recreated in such a way as to satisfy the health and diet conscious?
We achieve this by making our rice puddings free from artificial colours and flavours. Our commitment to nutrition does not compromise our passion for providing a great range of flavours across our products and as such all our products are both gluten free and 97% fat free.
Our vision is to see Wicked Sister as the leading brand in its field and we have implemented that vision with extensive distribution of our products through leading retailers such as Woolworths, Franklins and IGA stores.
Wicked Sister is a subsidiary of PDP Fine Foods Pty Ltd which is a proudly Australian, HACCP accredited company and was incorporated in 2006.
