Life’s short, eat dessert first

From humble beginnings, the Wicked Sister brand was born in 2008 out of a small manufacturing plant in Bankstown, Sydney.

Never compromising on the quality of ingredients, it wasn’t long before the Wicked Sister brand was available in Woolworths and Coles supermarkets across Australia. This success allowed Wicked Sister to develop, refine and distribute an extended range of recipes across all demographics and has developed a loyal customer following.

The Wicked Sister brand evokes cheeky, playful, happy childhood memories. Whilst that’s exactly how founder and MD Paul Polly feels about the favourite childhood desserts that sparked the Company in the first place, it’s a slingshot away from what goes on in the entrepreneur’s brain.

Today the Company employs 35 passionate and hardworking people out of their new state of the art facility in Ingleburn New South Wales. From Admin, to Chefs, to skilled production staff, Quality and dispatch Team members - every product is managed, produced and dispatched consistently every time to the highest of quality and International food safety standards. In the marketplace an additional contracted 70 representatives on-sell and merchandise the range of desserts across Australia, New Zealand and Asian markets.

Wicked Sister desserts can also be found outside of retail. Markets today include food service businesses and institutions such as airlines, hospitals, aged care facilities, sporting venues, gaols, cafes, pubs, clubs and restaurants. Our desserts can be enjoyed directly from the cup or served directly to plate with the venue’s own garnishing creativity.

With our in-house product development kitchen, Wicked Sister can engineer a dessert specific to any demographic and or application, delivering a range of fresh or frozen products in many different formats.
