Ingredients
- 225 g Chocolate High Protein Pudding
- 225 g Banana High Protein Pudding
- 2 Eggs
- 70 g Self-raising flour
- Oil for frying
- 2 Bananas sliced
- Caramel syrup for drizzling optional
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine 225g of Chocolate High Protein Pudding, 2 eggs, and 70g of self-raising flour.
- Mix well until the batter is smooth and well combined.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and add a little oil.
- Pour a portion of the pancake batter into the pan and cook until bubbles form on the surface. Flip and cook the other side until golden brown. Repeat until all batter is used.
- On a plate, place one chocolate pancake. Spread a layer of Banana High Protein Pudding on top.
- Add another chocolate pancake on top of the pudding layer. Spread another layer of Banana High Protein Pudding.
- Top with the final chocolate pancake and spread the remaining Banana High Protein Pudding on top.
- Garnish with sliced banana.
- (Optional) Drizzle with caramel syrup for extra sweetness.
