Ingredients
  

  • 225 g Vanilla High Protein Pudding
  • 150 g mixed berries
  • 75 ml milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 4 slices brioche
  • Caramel syrup optional

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, crack the large egg.
  • Add 75ml of milk to the bowl.
  • Add 225g of Vanilla High Protein Pudding and mix well until fully combined.
  • Transfer the mixture into a large container suitable for dipping the brioche slices.
  • Dip each side of the brioche slices into the mixture, ensuring they are well-coated.
  • Fry the dipped brioche slices in a non-stick pan over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
  • Serve the brioche French toast with mixed berries on top.
  • Drizzle with caramel syrup if desired.
