Ingredients
- 170 g Vanilla High Protein Pudding
- 125 g frozen raspberries defrosted
- 50 g icing sugar
- 125 ml reduced fat milk
- 90 g rolled oats
- Mixed seeds for topping
Instructions
- In a blender, add the 125g defrosted raspberries and 50g of icing sugar. Blend until smooth.
- In a bowl, combine the 170g Vanilla High Protein Pudding and half of the raspberry mixture.
- Add the 125ml reduced fat milk and mix well.
- Stir in the 90g rolled oats until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a container and refrigerate overnight.
- Before serving, top with the remaining raspberry mixture.
- Sprinkle mixed seeds over the top and serve.
