Ingredients
  

  • 170 g Vanilla High Protein Pudding
  • 125 g frozen raspberries defrosted
  • 50 g icing sugar
  • 125 ml reduced fat milk
  • 90 g rolled oats
  • Mixed seeds for topping

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, add the 125g defrosted raspberries and 50g of icing sugar. Blend until smooth.
  • In a bowl, combine the 170g Vanilla High Protein Pudding and half of the raspberry mixture.
  • Add the 125ml reduced fat milk and mix well.
  • Stir in the 90g rolled oats until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to a container and refrigerate overnight.
  • Before serving, top with the remaining raspberry mixture.
  • Sprinkle mixed seeds over the top and serve.
