Ingredients
- 340 g Vanilla High Protein pudding
- 60 g sugar
- 120 g mixed berries
Instructions
- Divide the mixed berries evenly between two small containers.
- Pour the Vanilla High Protein Pudding over the mixed berries in each container.
- In a pan, heat 60g of sugar over medium heat until it melts and turns a light caramel color.
- Carefully drizzle the melted sugar over the top of each container.
- Use a kitchen torch to caramelize the sugar topping until it is golden and crispy.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
