Ingredients
  

  • 340 g Vanilla High Protein pudding
  • 60 g sugar
  • 120 g mixed berries

Instructions
 

  • Divide the mixed berries evenly between two small containers.
  • Pour the Vanilla High Protein Pudding over the mixed berries in each container.
  • In a pan, heat 60g of sugar over medium heat until it melts and turns a light caramel color.
  • Carefully drizzle the melted sugar over the top of each container.
  • Use a kitchen torch to caramelize the sugar topping until it is golden and crispy.
  • Let it cool slightly before serving.
