Ingredients
- 170 g Vanilla High Protein Pudding
- 2 tbsp self-raising flour
- 1 tbsp Biscoff spread
- Whipped cream optional
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe mug, combine 2 tbsp of self-raising flour.
- Add 170g of Vanilla High Protein Pudding and mix well until smooth.
- Take a spoonful of the mixture and set it aside.
- Add 1 tbsp of Biscoff spread to the mug.
- Pour the reserved spoonful of the mixture over the Biscoff spread to cover it.
- Microwave the mug for 3 minutes.
- Let it cool slightly before serving. Top with whipped cream if desired.
