Ingredients
  

  • 170 g Vanilla High Protein Pudding
  • 2 tbsp self-raising flour
  • 1 tbsp Biscoff spread
  • Whipped cream optional

Instructions
 

  • In a microwave-safe mug, combine 2 tbsp of self-raising flour.
  • Add 170g of Vanilla High Protein Pudding and mix well until smooth.
  • Take a spoonful of the mixture and set it aside.
  • Add 1 tbsp of Biscoff spread to the mug.
  • Pour the reserved spoonful of the mixture over the Biscoff spread to cover it.
  • Microwave the mug for 3 minutes.
  • Let it cool slightly before serving. Top with whipped cream if desired.
