  • 2 tbsp self-raising flour
  • 1 tsp peanut butter
  • Whipped cream optional

Instructions
 

  • In a microwave-safe mug, combine 2 tbsp of self-raising flour.
  • Add 170g of Banana High Protein Pudding and mix well.
  • Take a spoonful of the mixture and set it aside.
  • Add 1 tsp of peanut butter to the mug and spread it evenly on top of the mixture.
  • Pour the reserved spoonful of the mixture over the peanut butter.
  • Microwave the mug for 3 minutes.
  • Let it cool slightly before serving. Top with whipped cream if desired.
